Pathological Society Meeting Bursary 

About the grant

To cover costs to attend a Path Society meeting. The total award is up to £500.00, which includes registration fees and other expenses related to attending a Path Society meeting. An additional amount of up to £125.00 is available for child care fees.

Who is eligible?

Post-graduate students (PhD, MD or MSc) or Pathology Trainees who are members of the Society

Deadline Dates

20 December for the Path Society Winter Meeting, January of the following year & 24 May for the summer Joint meeting with the BDIAP (see event calendar for meeting dates)

Please note the deadline for Ghent 2025 has passed, and no further applications are accepted.

Travel & Conference Bursary

About the grant

To cover the costs of travel and/or registration fees to promote scientific communications at major international meetings

The travel & Conference bursary is up to £500.00 and must supplement monies from other sources. 

Who is eligible?

Concessionary members of the Society in good standing for 12 months and Undergraduate members of the Society.
