About Us

The Pathological Society has been in existence for more than a century with the object of advancing pathology and allied sciences.

Over the years the Society has endeavoured to reflect the interests of its members and these interests have consistently been towards the advancement of pathology and understanding disease.

From morbid anatomy to molecular biology, from histochemistry to in situ hybridisation - the Society's meetings have encompassed the inevitable evolutions and necessary developments, and much is recorded for posterity in the Society's journal.
